Expert Surgical Care with Comfort and Precision

Extractions,

When is a tooth extraction necessary?
A professional diagnosis is always needed to ensure that an extraction really is the best option for your dental health and future. There are two types of extractions: extraction of a whole tooth and surgical extractions of a whole, broken tooth or residual tooth roots left behind in the jaw bone.

Removing your tooth may be recommended if:

• Wisdom teeth are causing or will cause overcrowding and/or pain caused by infection/ inflammation.
• When decay or damage has made the tooth impossible to restore and it has broken.
• Bone loss has occurred around the tooth because of an oral infection and it has become mobile.

Surgical extractions of broken teeth

Wisdom teeth extraction.

The removal of wisdom teeth is routinely done in a specialised dental clinic under general anesthetic to make the whole procedure more pleasant as the patient is asleep during the entire process. This allows the surgeon to have more control over the operative site as well as the control of bleeding and most importantly, of pain.

Implants – singles, multiples and full mouth

Bone grafts and minor sinus lifts

Are you a candidate for a bone grafting procedure?
Bone grafting is a dental technique that’s generally required for patients who don’t have sufficient healthy natural bone that’s capable of supporting dental implants. This natural bone deficiency is often the result of the following:
• Gum disease
• Developmental abnormalities
• Facial injury or trauma
• Empty spaces or gaps following tooth extractions
A professional consultation with our qualified bone grafting dentist is always required to determine if this procedure is the right course of action.

🦷 Tooth Extractions

When a tooth is damaged beyond repair, extraction may be the best option to prevent infection and relieve pain. Our team ensures the process is fast, minimally invasive, and as comfortable as possible — with full aftercare instructions provided.

🧠 Wisdom Teeth Removal

We offer safe, efficient removal of impacted or painful wisdom teeth. Most procedures are done under sedation, allowing you to relax while we manage your care. Ideal for teens and adults needing space or pain relief.

🦾 Dental Implants

Replace missing teeth permanently with high-quality dental implants. Whether it’s a single tooth or a full arch, implants offer unmatched stability, aesthetics, and function — custom-planned with 3D imaging and precise surgical placement.

🪛 Surgical Extractions & Root Fragments

Broken or residual tooth roots left in the jawbone require careful surgical removal. We use digital X-rays and magnification tools to ensure all fragments are safely extracted with minimal trauma to surrounding tissue.

🦴 Bone Grafts & Sinus Lifts

If there’s not enough bone to support an implant, we can rebuild the foundation. Bone grafting and sinus lifts help restore volume and strength, allowing for future dental implant placement with long-term success.

💤 Sedation Options Available

Surgical procedures can be done under conscious sedation or general anesthesia. These options are ideal for nervous patients or those requiring multiple procedures in one session — saving you time and stress.
